While this is written for a younger audience, I found a lot of value in this one.
If you’re completely new to meditation and mindfulness, this is an excellent guide for a newbie.
I’ve read through the entire book to get a big picture overview, but I will continue to reference this book and complete the 5-day challenges to make this meditative and mindfulness practice a daily thing and just part of normal life.
If you have children, I highly recommend giving them this toolkit to help them navigate life as a less anxious people.
